Jesus H Christ on a trailer hitch that's on a pogo stick. This show is the biggest piece of shit I have ever witnessed on the air.

I can't believe what I just saw. It was actually funny because it was so unfunny. It was somewhat satisfying to see Carolla tell a joke and get NO response from the audience.

My take is that Comedy Central is trying to appear balanced in their programming and this takes the place of knucklehead Colin Quinn and his dumbo racist friends

So if you're into things that are so painfully bad that they are actually interesting, tune in.

You just described what I saw. Wierd, very, very little audience reaction. I was embarrassed for him, yet, could not look away....sort of like the proverbial "train wreck" :yoiks: <--- (what he should have done)

that one. gosh, i was embarrassed for the guy. watched a little a couple nights ago, now, turn tv off. and i dont get my re run of john. i miss a some of his shows, or the beginning and i love the re run slot to catch up

how did he get a show? The guy that came on before Jon Stewart had plenty of laughs. I saw a few minutes of his show before the Daily show came on and I even laughed at his holiday jokes.

8. He used to have a show on MTV with Dr. Drew

it was a call-in show about sex, Drew was the intelligent doctor and he was the dumb college guy. Then he was on The Man Show which was another lowbrow idiot fest.

Poor guy is just finding out he has absolutely no talent.

Sorry; I'm sure he's probably just another guy; but he strikes me as the kind of knucklehead that would come into the club and be an irritating jerk. And assume things; and ask you all the stupid standard questions(I'm an "exotic entertainer" of 11 years). Then he'd make some stupid joke at your expense and laugh at it himself. I can spot 'em a mile away. Not trying to generalize; one can read body language after awhile in this biz.
