I think it is a nice song, as I prefer this kind of music to some of the songs/rap that typically come out today.

And if it sounds "Bee Gees-ish" it is because Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees helped write and produce Barbra's new album coming out next week. I love the sound.

Musically, it sounds kinda 80's BeeGee-ish and content-wise it feels like Streisand is trying to prove how patriotic she is my evoking all these WWII Up the military images. Really crappy all around!
These pandering to the dominance of military culture -- I thought Streisand was above that.

I have since listened to it a couple of more times, and there is no way in my mind that it could be considered anti-war. Supportive of the soldiers yes, but nothing to say that they are there for lies. I thought she had more chutzpah than this.
