Bottom Line : Was the Iraq War necessary ?
Was Iraq a threat to our nation? Were they an imminent threat? Could we have continued to contain it? How many lives could have been saved if it weren't necessary?

But we won a glorious victory, they insist. Yes, we marched through that 3rd World country like crap through a goose. We paid off many of the Iraqi military leaders not to fight. We had inspectors looking for and pinpointing any weapons for years before the invasion. They were not a powerful nation. They were weak and demoralized from years of sanctions and lack of investment by the Saddam regime. But they were not a threat to us. The war was not necessary.

6. No, it wasn't necessary for Dubya to use Clinton's army ...
to perpetrate an illegal invasion, and in the course of that to start the destruction of the U.S. military (which the U.S. might need, someday, for purposes of actual defense).
