seems most coverage (that is trying to be positive) continues to fail to mention that she is asking the govt what cause did her son die for

yes she wants other things to come from this but she wants to ask - and wants to hear - what her son died for
she is trying to make bush have to respond to something but the press seems to go all around the topic but isnt zeroing in on these necessary questions

Oliphant maintains that Americans are frustrated on several levels (including not answering questions) with Bush and his pet war. Sheehan "became a metaphor" for that frustration.
