And those would be: Idaho, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
But keep in mind that most of these states listed above, mainly the more Libertarian leaning Great Plains states are just barely anti-choice. And also think about the Southern states that are in the right column. According to this latest poll, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and North Carolina all take the position of wanting to protect a woman's right to choose. I think this is awesome. And I post this to remind DUers to never back down to the right wing radicals on this issue. Sure, the illogical right is more vocal with their backwards beliefs, but just know that you are not alone. Don't give up the fight on this issue, we're in the majority on this one. It's too important.
On an electoral map, the Choice side would win by a whopping 451-87!
By the way, I got these results from the recent Bush job approval ratings put out by Survey USA. You can click each state's link and see their views on a broad range of issues and the demographics of those polled.
