"I Give a Sheet"?????

The Lone Star Iconoclast has an article for Aug. 19 that includes this paragraph:

Two prayer vigils were held this morning. At 8 a.m., supporters of President Bush, American troops, and the mission of Iraqi freedom held an "I give a sheet" vigil, prayer rally, and breakfast at the Crawford Community Center. Over 35 sheets from Georgia alone were hung up. They are filled with signatures of support for President Bush. The original plan was to deliver photographs of the sheets to the President, wash the actual sheets and donate them to homeless shelters in Texas. However, permission was given to deliver the actual sheets. It is unclear whether they will now be donated to shelters.

Anyone else think immediately "sheets=KKK"? Anyone else see the irony in the fact that Bush accepted the sheets but wouldn't accept a letter from a Gold Star mother? That said letter was later run over? (this story also found at link)
