Is Big-Oil getting free oil in Iraq. Or discounted?

We invaded Iraq for a reason. Not the ones told to us but you know what I mean.
For points of argument can anyone tell me about how Big-Oil is operating in Iraq? Are they actually pumping it out for free?

getting out is being coopted by the big oil companies. They're stealing from the Iraqi people.
