I've heard a lot of statements against Roberts, but none of them are going to convince any Pubs to change their vote! I'd bet my life that he never did anything illegal, so what ever might be found in the docs that haven't been turned over wouldn't do anything anyway!

Sure, the Dems could filibuster, but they'd still looose in the end, and then what?

I simply don't think there's much of a chance of anything until the 2006 elections. If we don't take control then, we're done!
