Were any Aaardarks on the ARK? or Platypuses?
I don't recall any Yaks...nor, Musk Oxen...

And how did they get to be gathered on short notice?

Or, dispersed after landfall, especially since Noah was drunk and unable to help....? Like the Roo's had to find a way to Austrailia and the Tapiers to South America....How dey do dat?

and How come so many different tribes with differing colors in a short time frame? and the Languages too, so maaaany of them???

Was God trying to confuse us??

5. I smell some disinformation concerning the ark.
How about Grizzly bears, Bonobos, Sloths, Beavers, Wolverines to name a few? Those are animals from the Americas. Kinda hard to round up for the ark weren't they, especially since at that time it was thought that the earth was flat.

8. It was the whole ark story
that started my 5+ish yo son asking questions. He, too, wanted to know how they got the "animals from Australia to the ark and back", etc... he had his Sunday School teacher tied up in knots with the questions.

(Funny, it was the dinosaur skeletons at the Smithsonian when I was about 6 that started ME asking questions.)

Unlike my son, I bought the whole "shhhhhh - it's a faith thing - don't ask questions". He, on the other hand, about a year or so later finally said "forget it. I'm not buying ANY of those stories, they're just not logical."

14. The noble Platypi were conceived on the ark
The noble Platypi were conceived on the ark. Close quarters, you see. The ducks were housed were housed down the hall from the beavers. Noah got drunk AGAIN and shared a little of the Body of Christ with the animals. One thing lead to another...and BAM...a few weeks later, Mr. Beaver is looking at the goddamned ugliest little babies coming from Mrs. Beaver. Webbed feet and duck bills and all.

/I need sleep.

17. Ask A Dinosaur:
No, really. Ask a Dinosaur:

http://www.answersingenesis.org/museum/docs2005/0523dinosaurs.asp

“Of course we lived at the same time as humans! God made dinosaurs on the same day as Adam. And later we drank from the same waters as Adam’s children.”

...

“I lived about 4,500 years ago. How do I know? Well, fossils don’t come with birth certificates, but we can read an eyewitness account from someone who was there—the Creator Himself. In God’s Word, the History Book of the Universe, we read about a global Flood that buried all the living things on Earth.”

...

“Don’t believe everything you see. Dinosaurs did not turn into birds! That’s a tall tale—with no foundation in reality! The ‘Age of Dinosaurs, millions of years ago’ was concocted to promote a belief that life arose without God. It makes more sense to believe God’s account in Genesis 1, which says that He made every ‘kind’ of bird before He made the land animals.”
