anyone listening to Laura Flanders?
They were talking about a group of non-violent protesters outside a closed recruiting office who had stun guns, and attack dogs used aginst the protesters

It was in Pitsburgh

2. there are a few threads on this story on DU
with reporting by an indymedia website and stories by the post-gazette. A DU search ought to bring it up.

6. How about some pro-active coordination? I just read the thread that
Edited on Sun Aug-21-05 08:35 PM by higher class
listed the lead off coverage on CBS and another station. Why don't we organize to tell them what WE want them to cover? They bend over backwards for the right wing. If we could oroganize we could have a voice that they could not ignore whether they did it or not. We could keep score to see how close they got and we could make it into a race between the stations and give reports from heartland and coast local coverage.

Who has the time to coordinate it?
