I suspect there is such, but don't buy any of the evidence out there on the web as being credible.

Is there actual credible evidence of such somewhere?

For the moment I'm forced to merely infer the existence of such by coordination of action and dismiss all claims of specific instigators/etc., and even (by default) assume that it's an emergent property of the interactions as opposed to a conspiracy per se.
