More great Cindy/Camp Casey coverage on the local 10 PM news
A solid 5 minutes of news about Camp Casey in Crawford, including some clips of Joan Baez singing and then speaking about Cindy and the anti-war movement, and coverage of Camp Casey, San Francisco, where 40 activists camped out in front of the Veterans Building on Van Ness Ave.

2. KTVU, Fox affiliate in Oakland, CA
Across the bay and pretty far from where I am in Sonoma County, but that's what I watch on cable, because it's the best newscast in the Bay Area (IMO)

4. I made it out there tonight
Being in Dallas, it's only about a 2 hour drive, so my mom and I headed out there not really knowing what to expect and wow, what a great atmosphere. There's the peace house, camp 1, and camp 2, with camp 2 being by far the biggest. There were some counter protesters across from camp 1... like maybe 5? The concert at camp 2 was awesome as well, I've still got the song "It's about oil" stuck in my head even though I didn't catch the singer's name, and a very fiery and hilarious 85 year old woman spoke to us about the importance of "waging peace". Everyone was so upbeat and friendly and from literally all over America. I hope I can get back next week!
