7. It did mention DSM

and showed Bush's comments about it during a press conference with him and Blair, actually. The way it was edited, IMO, it seemed to reinforce the "mixed messages" promoted by Bush etal...You know, those "forget the facts, read my lips instead" statements.

5. I wonder how many arms David Ensor had to twist to get it on the air....

For a CNN documentary it was pretty damning of BushCo. Maybe we'll start to see some other MSM outlets actually dane to point out the truth of pre-911 Iraq war planning and intelligence "fixed around the policy". Ensor could have even been more aggressive, but his measured approach no doubt got the program on the air.

For bush's poll numbers to drop enough before they would be able to release this.

I don't think they are as interested in getting down to the truth as much as this show getting good ratings and making them some money.

I'll take whatever motivated them. I emailed them an encouraging email and one of thanks for their report last night. If they get the ratings increase for this, they WILL DO MORE.
