3fer Limbo Threatens, Uses a Vulgarity, and Shows Ingratitude
Edited on Mon Aug-22-05 01:49 PM by UTUSN
Something must be rubbing him raw, either his court case or having to put up a front with Daryl. Before and after my grocery shopping he:

1) Made a terroristic threat. He was sneering about the SHEEHAN supporters at the pig farm and Joan BAEZ. Then he said, "Those aren't REAL TEXANS there with SHEEHAN. REAL Texans are putting on their camoflage for deer hunting season. And it's going to get VERY interesting, if-you-get-my-drift."

2) Used (another, ho-hum) VULGARITY. Yes, this p.o.s. who claims to be MORAL does nothing if not use sexual innuendoes of the most juvenile-ly filthy kind. He was talking about FEINSTEIN's having tried to house mothballed ship U.S.S. (Iowa?) and San Franciscans having refused it on anti-war grounds. He said, "You know San Francisco, where the (council?) just voted to include somebody's partner in the health insurance for an addadictomy (add-a-DICK-to-me)."

3) And with a raspy voice indicating something about his evening last night, he sneered that the ACLU is joining the "scriptures" case. To me it would seem natural that somebody swearing on THEIR OWN SCRIPTURES as opposed to ONLY THE BIBLE, but silly me. He said, "This is AMMMURIKA. When you come here you ASSIMILATE." What's THAT supposed to mean?---giving up your own beliefs? Anyway, he seems to forget that the ACLU is helping HIM in his court case as we speak. Ingratitude?---make that INCOMPREHENSION of freedom and rights.

1. FYI Rush Bow hunting for Deer starts Oct.2
If he knew anything about hunting season he would know that no state (not that I am an expert) is near deer season of any kind right now.

17. I read post #6 and stand by my statement. I told the OP that Media Matters
would take care of it. They have employees listening to that garbage so that we don't have to.

If more people turn off the radio or turn to progressive talk instead of listening to that gasbag, his ratings might be lower.

And that "Casablanca" quote went a long way to making me feel better...

6. Please forward this transcript to the FBI and the FCC
>REAL Texans are putting on their camoflage for deer hunting season. And it's going to get VERY interesting, if-you-get-my-drift."<

First of all, there is such a thing as an "air check". Radio stations are required to provide a copy of the show in question if asked; it always helps if you can narrow down the date and time you heard the comment as well. (Let's just say that the program manager of a certain AM station in Seattle was quite dismayed when I asked for the air check tape of one of their talk personalities for reasons similar to the above. She got snippy; my response to her was that I'd be informing the authorities, and she could explain it to them. The talk personality no longer works at the station.) It seems to me that the radio station you were listening to him on would be very interested in forwarding a copy of that piece of tape -- he's threatening bodily harm against Cindy Sheehan on the public's airwaves.

You might also want to find out when that station's public comment period comes up again. The FCC requires that listeners are able to make written comment on whether or not the station should retain its broadcast license every few years.

The FBI should also be interested in the above quote from Limbaugh. They don't find threats of bodily harm funny, either.

Another person that would be interested in the above is David Brock of Media Matters. I'm sure he'd like to list that in the ongoing documentation he's been keeping on Rush Limbaugh's on-air comments.

to the charges. If any violence occurs at camp Casey especially the kind of violence that the pigboy seems to be inciting, I'll hold him accountable and any decent person should as well.

13. Dove hunting season is in September.
Hunters may be BUYING their camoflage now and trying it on at home, but they don't actually go out hunting until September. Camp Casey is set to run through August.

Sounds like Flush is dipping into his happy pills, again. And today's show is what passes for 'happy' with him, too.

28. What a jerk. I'm a real Texan and
although I own a gun,I don't have any plans at the moment to go kill any wildlife.

I'm actually kind of working overtime getting things ordered for the Holiday season, tending new puppies, cleaning house and going to the eye doctor.

Like most Real Texans - - those of us who still have jobs - - I'm working too hard and cursing the summer heat.

Call homeland security. and report it as a possible hint at some planned attack. That's what it sounds like, doesn't it - some mowing down of some damned hippies?
