What's next in the "When ____ the insurgents will stop" timeline?

In three days the Iraqi Constitution Congress thinks they will iron everything out and have a constitution. So far we've had:

Baghdad falls
Saddam is captured
The CPA signs over authority
Iraqis vote

So what is the next benchmark we will be told about that will magically make everyone happy and stop the "insurgent" attacks?
