What is all this "Rave" invasion about in Utah?

I've read a couple articles that look like they were invaded by swats and cops and the local sheriff dept. The guy appears to have had a permit for the concert, but the sheriff now says nope, he didn't. Sounds like it was a mess. One video online now says the site has been taken down, account suspended http://host215.ipowerweb.com/suspended.html . Can someone tell me what is going on?

This will get big play in SLC and Rocky just came out hard against the war and Bush in general -He even spoke at the protest today.

Shootings are horrid. But wouldn't most PDs claim victory with a record like that :shrug:
