she is running for office for the first time and she's not a national figure. The real question is why MSNBC got her to come on the show and ask her questions about the Democratic Party's position instead of someone more senior. A stacked deck by the producers perhaps? Rowley doesn't speak for "the Democratic Party" and O'Donnell should know that; she can only speak for herself (although Rowley should have made that clear).

But look at the composition of most of these panels today: report on Pataki: Two republicons

Report on george: John Fund (RW hack) and Fineman (whose politics are nebulous)

Report on "You Don't Speak for Us Cindy" (and republicon hack says it's not an anti-Sheehan rally!): RW hack and brand new Democratic candidate.

The producers on this show are NOT friendly to progressives and Norah is their enabler.
