For those sceptics, Conyers published the letter, and we have posted the confirmation and next steps about this lawsuit on the PDA blog.

Some fights you may lose, but you have to fight anyway. Every blow landed is a worthwhile objective. 11. Kerry is a lawyer and a former prosecutor

He was well regarded by peers in both roles. Rocky is a fictional movie about a boxer. Going to trial with a substandard case might not be a good idea. If he is convinced it will lose as is, the danger is that it could hurt the stronger cases by making all of them appear as nusiance cases.

Some one also pointed out that it is possible that the stronger cases could produce more evidence that could be added to that case.

He needs to stay in TO CONDUCT DISCOVERY...such as inspecting the Ohio central tabulation system, taking depositions of Blackwell and interrogating those responsible for the Warren County "terror lock down".

He kept back $12 million of OUR MONEY...for God's sake, use it to make sure our votes will count in 2008.

I spent the weekend speaking with people close to the Kerry camp, and discovering truly how little some of them know about the evidence for the Ohio election theft that those of us in the "reality-based" world are well aware of and convinced about for the past ten months. I got the people I spoke with to agree to accept audio files from four of our Ohio speakers at the National Election Reform Conference (including Cliff Arnebeck and RH Phillips); from four sets of interviews conducted on Brad Friedman's radio program (including ones with Sheole Eaton, Bob Fitrakis and two whistle-blowers out of Clermont re: the stickered ballots); and audio from Kip Humphrey's Election Assistance Hearing in Houston. All I asked was that someone other than Kerry's DC attorneys -- someone with the access to Kerry to prevent him from making a terrible mistake -- listen to these audios and get their content into Kerry's heart (and brainpan).

This morning, I received two tentatively encouraging emails that my efforts were not wasted (so far). But all of us need to keep the pressure on and send even more letters than we have so far. So let's roll -- all you honorary Chicagoans -- write John Kerry early and often.

The evidence is overwhelming -- the Ohio Republi-Nazis are imploding -- Duh-bya's approval rating is now in the 30s -- more officials are coming forward everyday saying that Diebold officials have tried to bribe them to use their equipment -- the NYT and WaPo have editorialized about the election fraud issue in the past week -- the good news just keeps on keeping on.

The election fraud parade has swelled to include almost 40% of the American people who now question whether their votes were counted as they were cast. Now it's time for John Kerry to be the good politician that he is and run around to get in front of this parade. With continued pressure, that may just happen.
