Of course, I'm getting a little nervous, but so far I've knocked on 7,000 doors (out of 10,000). The response seems genuinely positive.

On September 6, I should be the only candidate in a 9 person race (six win) to receive the AFL-CIO endorsement. In this predominately blue-collar city, that's a big deal.

After Labor Day, I'll be getting a lot more people involved, and I hope to "peak" at the right time (Nov. 8). For other DUers, my Friend is asking about my campaign for School Committee in my home town of Revere, Ma.
