His whole life has been one of having others fight his battles for him. From his days as a cheerleader and a cheating blindsiding thug in rugby, his life is easily characterized: that of an inferior who uses the superiority of money and position to destroy others.

He didn't fly that plane onto the Abraham Lincoln, he is scared of flying.

He will NEVER face a hostile crowd. He won't even face a crowd that isn't overwhelmingly in his favor. He hates anything he doesn't understand, and since he understands so little, the list is so very, very long.

People's posturing generally shows their fears.
