What was going down then? Hmmmm, of couse, transiting Saturn was coming within orb of its Second Life Return then (was exact in June).

It is so totally obvious.

It shows Dubya with a 48% job approval rating today, August 22. I believe 43% is the lowest his approval has ever been in this particular poll.
