President Bush is now enjoying a vacation in Idaho.

The president arrived in Boise on Monday afternoon. After meeting with a few VIP's, he headed straight for Donnelly on Marine One.

He stayed at the Tamarack Resort which is south of McCall.

On his way to Boise, the president stopped in Salt Lake City and spoke to Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Outside the convention center, protesters rallied for and against the war in Iraq. About 500 war protesters showed up at the request of the city’s Democratic mayor to vocally oppose President Bush’s war policies.

Mayor Rocky Anderson spoke at the anti-war/anti-Bush protest in Pioneer Park.

Anderson told the crowd it’s time to stand up and speak out about the president's Iraq policies.
