Have we started contacting "700 Club" station advertisers yet?

I'm going to write a message to my local outlet. How about you?

1. i don't have a clue who the advertisers are

if i did i would blast them an email and boycott

all "commercials" that are shown during the 700 Club are his own for his ministries, etc.

Especially on either side of the program.

3. The 700 Club doesn't have advertisers. Stations who carry him do.

Those stations don't advertise DURING the show.

In effect, The 700 Club is a paid infomercial.

One campaign against The 700 Club and its ilk has tried and failed to get the FCC to declare that airing such shows does not fulfill a station's obligation for "educational programing."

I really have no idea what we could do.
