Five more attempts yesterday by George "Stay The Course" Bush to trying and convince the American people that Iraq actually had something to do with 9/11. Since only his cronies and sycophants still believe that claptrap, he has resorted to the idea much beloved by Adolph Hitler - if you tell a lie often enough, it becomes the truth. And the bigger the lie, the more believable it becomes. Bush has obviously taken this ideology to heart, as the only way to justify the mounting death toll and hopeless morass we are in is to continue telling and re-telling the big lie. Who knows, maybe it will eventually work. But by then, how many more young American men and women will have died for absolutely no reason?
