Will there be a counter-protest at the Crawford anti-Cindy rally on 8/23?

They protested us; I'm just thinking we shouldn't let them get too comfortable.

Any plans for a counter-demonstration?

1. The counter-protests have been a waste of time. In fact, they have

probably helped Cindy's movement. It's hard to take a hill from the low ground.

2. The Move America Forward assholes are due in Crawford soon.

But methinks the Camp Casey folks want no confrontations with them - their premise is: our beef is not with other Gold Star families who disagree with us, our beef is with Bush and his mis-administration of the war in Iraq.

Can only fight against grieving Moms instead of fighting the Enemy. why doesn't someone bring a truckload of enlistment papers down to those Yellow backed Chicken hawks and ask How patriotic they REALLY ARE???
These guys would act just like Bush, Cheney etc... when the shit hits the fan. Pissing their pants crying in a corner...

4. Freepers talk Big, Bad, and MEAN,

but have NEVER been able to to put many feet on the ground. Outnumbering their own Porta-Potties has been their major achievement to date. They are LOSERS and they know it. That's their public image; let it stay that way. To add to their pathetic "numbers" would not only be a waste of time and effort, but would be counterproductive. Let THEM do so, and look pathetic in the process.

I say don't count the pro-war protestors until they actually materialize. I think they are going to be as scarce as new recruits for Bush's war. Maybe you could hand out enlistment forms.

Better still, have them sign a pledge to enlist. Put it on a poster board so we can cheer them on! See how many names you can collect. Bet you'd have a blank board by the end of the day.
