Scott McClellan: Seen Saturday night in Nashville, attending the biennial national conference of his old fraternity (Sigma Phi Epsilon.) He was honored with an award for being a distinguished alum or somesuch, and true to form, managed to say absolutely nothing substantive in his acceptance speech.
