Dictator Hugo Chavez is a first class psychotic. A true danger to US interests. As was posted on FR today, Chavez has sent funds to support Al-Qaeda and recently Fidel Castro has shipped his biological weapons program from Cuba to Venezuela. Ignoring Chavez is the last thing we should do.
