Bush has lost the nation's confidence
Clearly, at 36% approval, there ought to be talk of resignation in the air. At what point, in terms of public approval, should a president seriously consider resigning from office for the good of the country? 35%? 20%? 10%? 1%?

4. Oh goody, we can look forward to President Cheney. Wait for the
impeachment and throw the whole lot of them out, like Nixon/Agnew.

7. Well for that to happen you first have
to have a President that deals in the real world, not fantasy. As far as bush is concerned the whole country is behind him and he's got a mandate. :puke:

8. He would never resign.

Never. I just hope that he'll leave after the 2008 elections. I'm not so sure about that one, yet.

Then we'll have to endure "elder statesman" Bush. Blech.

9. Not so sure about elder statesman ...
... somehow I see him sitting on his ass not doing a thing. Just playing golf and sitting on Saudi corporate boards.
