Are you browsing with Internet Explorer? You are probably in the MS Net framework... it allows for key words on any page to become pseudo-links (without the page owner's permission -- which has a great deal of us webby types pissed off)

8. Check for spyware

That happened to me once and it was some type of spyware that wound up hot-linking "keywords".

Try Ad-Aware or Spybot if you don't already have them.
