As long as we HAVE to have a "Department of Homeland Security", why can't it include specialist, who, when your computer is attacked by an outside source, comes to your home, does some forensic work, and has the asshole sent to Guantanamo????Each attack has taken 45 minutes or more to clear-if the right wing wants MY vote lets start here....
