comment: Equating Iraq with American Revolution
bush* loves comparisons. He's compared himself to just about every President we've had (with the exception of Hoover and Nixon). He's also compared himself to several historical leaders.

Now he's drawing similarities of Iraq to various wars (note: Viet Nam is missing from this list)

most recently he compared Iraq to the American Revolution: "The American Revolution was followed by years of chaos. … Our first effort at a governing charter, the Articles of Confederation, failed miserably. It took several years before we finally adopted our Constitution and inaugurated our first President. … No nation in history has made the transition from tyranny to a free society without setbacks and false starts."

In one respect there is a similarity -- 230+ years ago we were protesting and revolting against George's policies too

3. And who is playing the part of Jefferson? Muqtada al-Sadr?
With Ahmed Chalabi as Gen. George Washington...

Wipe the slanderous spin from your lips, Bush, before you get motion sickness and vomit something else.
