If Chavez ends up being assassinated, (hypothetically speaking)
Should Pat Robertson be a suspect?

1. No, Robertson is just a hateful, senile old man
I have no doubt that there are many more people worldwide who advocate the assassination of bush.
Should they are be suspects?

3. does robertson's statement open the door to...
...freely discussing assassinating Boosh? I always thought even speaking of killing a world leader (especially of your own country) was off limits.

Anyway, I'm not one that feels any good would be done by making a martyr of either Chavez or Boosh. But I can certainly see why MANY people would wish our pResident dead.

4. I don't think the correct word is "if"
and haven't thought that since the 2002 CIA/Bush backed coup. It's only a matter of time before Bush (or probably more accurately Cheney) and his buddies get Chavez.

As someone said around Dec 2000 or maybe early 2001, "You don't fuck with these people." I don't remember where I read that quote or who said it as it was sometime in the last 3 or 4 years, but these people will take out anyone that gets in their way. Mel Carnahan, Paul Wellstone and others are just some examples. If they'll take these good people out, Chavez is no more than swatting a fly to them.

5. They have bigger fish to fry than Chavez right now.
As long as the oil keeps flowing, he can say whatever he wants, and they can continue to have their patsy media paint him as a crazy man.

Like someone said yesterday, Robertson did Chavez the biggest favor, because now the Administration will be the number one suspect if anything happens to him.

6. If Citgo starts selling gas for $1.99 a gallon for a week or two
the media patsies may talk about him being crazy but I don't think anyone will give a damn.

7. Is that a possibility?
That would mean war if he did it. Exxon/Mobil would not be having it.
