...the kid in Aruba is telling the truth? He went to a secluded beach with her, when it didn't look like he was getting any, he left her. Being a little drunk and having to walk home, she decided to take a swim to sober up. Then she drowned in the ocean and her body probably never will be found. It makes more sense than a local boy everybody knew turning sexual predator and preying on a poor innocent american girl.

I think he was there when she died or has intimate knowledge
