Me To Pat R & Limbaugh: "Jesus Never Said That!"

Well, Patty Boy is already backpedaling from yesterday's remarks. He's taken the Limbaugh defense of last week: "I never said that!"

It doesn't matter that his words appeared on a TV show and that they have been printed and reprinted in the media, cyberspace and lord knows where else.

Going forward, I've decided to use the Robertson/Limbaugh Gambit whenever I end up in a religious argument. I can now ignore quotes that appear in the Bible, because as Pat & Rush have pointed out, just because it's written down somewhere doesn't mean that the person quoted actually said those words!

You know what really sucks about this, is their followers, Rush's and Pat's, actually heard them say that shit, and now they claim the media is out to get them. It's insane.

On the good side you have these 2 ass-hats who realize they are hanging themselves so they backpedal. Basically saying "I didn't say that, I'm not that much of an asshole." Uh... yes you are and you are on tape looking like an asshole. Congratulations.
