Freeper Forwards: Need some to send back

I have a right wing idiot who constantly forwards me anything pro Bush, pro war, anti-Democrat - you know the kind of stuff I'm talking about. I want to send him back one for one. Has anyone got some really good liberal-leaning things I can send back? I'm really tired of responding with logic, as it does no good whatsoever.

Ideas? Forwards?

can generally be found in such things as the Encyclopedia, fact based news and literature sources, and the most highly-esteemed academic journals.

Conservative idealogy is found on FoxNews and radio talk shows. It's too hard to email large books and things though, and your conservative friend probably couldn't read it anyway!

Fighting tit-for-tat in emails is pointless, and ultimately frustrating, for the one trying to dissuade the FReep of their regurgitated rhetoric. Everything you send back will be taken as a challenge, a victory, or both. Until that person's world view is blown apart by some life-altering event, you're not about to change his/her mindset.

If you must send things back, just send pics, one at a time, from Iraq. Pictures speak louder than words.

Has a lot of rebuttals for all sorts of chain e-mails, including political ones. Most of these freeper e-mails are chains, because they have neither the time nor the intellect to write them themselves. Many have what are probably intentional misspellings to make them look "home-grown," (I mean, if you were going to start a chain e-mail, wouldn't you spell check it?) so I've always suspected there's some right-wing foundation out there sending out these things.

I had no idea I should expect answers so quickly!! I think ignoring him is probably best. I can't count the number of times I have responded to stupidity with carefully thought-out answers and logic, and it's like sending it down a black hole.

I call garbage anything that is racist and over-the-top right-wing OR left-wing propaganda. I deal in truth, or I try to. I never write or send anything that I cannot back up with at least two independent sources.

We invaded Iraq with no reason at all except that they have oil and will enrich George Bush's cronies, both in oil wealth and reconstruction contracts.

Surely you can see that only the wealthy are benefiting from this war, and that people like you, me, and our children are fighting the war while Bush and his friends sit at home in the cat bird seat, laughing at us. When Bush sends his daughters to war, when the people in the administration send their children to war, as you went and your friends did, THEN I will believe that they believe in Bush's so-called "noble cause." He is making no sacrifice at all. He's on vacation while continuing to demand the ultimate sacrifice from mothers, fathers and children of servicemen.

My children went to school with several very bright, beautiful Muslim children. They are not "ragheads" and I find that term quite offensive.

As for second-guessing the war, it is blatantly obvious that the intelligence was engineered to justify a war that Bush wanted from the beginning. If we were fighting in Afghanistan and Pakistan, searching for Osama and those who were behind the attacks on the World Trade Center, I'd be 100 percent behind it. We are not. We are fighting a real war, killing real Americans and real Iraqis, for any number of reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with American security.

You must know that. Patriotism is loving your country, NOT loving your president. Supporting the troops does NOT mean supporting the war.

Trying to second guess the war and reasons for it is useless, since they are privy to intelligence that we never hear about or see. And that is way it should be.
