Dear IRS,
This year I am using my George Bush Presidential Declaration of Freedom as an exemption to all Federal Taxes. I'm doing the right thing as the Presidential Declaration of Freedom provides for. Freedom Isn't Free. That is so true. This Freedom I'm exercising has been paid for in full with the Blood and lives of American Troops.
It's not right for me to have to financial contribute to a Continuing Criminal Enterprise. I refuse to financially support this one President two term International Crime Spree. I am also invoking my Fifth Amendment Right to protection against self incrimination. I will not be made an accessory after the fact to this National Crime.

Do you think that will teach Rove to send the Chimp out without his backpack and ear piece? Should we also request a full refund with interest for fiscal years 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2004 or would that be over the line?
