That's a portion of a larger, disjointed quote where Bush struggles to somehow connect a terrorist mindset with pre-invasion Iraqis, but ferGOD'Ssake, war is hope?

thing he's said in a long time. He wanted this war so badly, and in spite of everything that has gone wrong, he has gotten some benefits from it. Too bad the public doesn't feel so hopeful about it anymore. :nopity:
