The wording of the question obviously shows they want a yes answer, but no currently stands at 55%.

yesterday I took part in an MSNBC poll where we were asked if the DOJ could be trusted to do the right thing or should an independent be assigned?At 11:08 it was %73 to %23 of those asked did NOT trust them and I said at the time I voted that Hardball would probably disregard their own poll and go right to the Gray Davis mess-I was right-again.As the Old Professor used to say"you can look it up"(Old Professor=Casey Stengel)
