tent! This should have been very high on their priority list, but stumping around yapping about tax cuts is what I remember Bush**Co doing.

centralize the power in FEMA. <snicker> He was probably thinking of all that emergency money that could be easily filtered to Bush loyalists. Then came 9/11, Iraq, and no bid contracts to Halliburton.
