Great post from a Soap Board

This All My Children board often has OT posts with political issues. It gets pretty heated. The usual Bush Defenders are absent on this one.

I know its from soap world but its worth a read. Here's a sample, love the last line.

Here's my advice for you. Slam Democrats, Independents, Conservatives and Liberals all you want. Enjoy it now, if you must, while you can. History is not going to look too kindly upon you or your leader. Mark my words. This President and this war have been a disaster from day one. What's more, the stupidity of all of you who blindly support him is going to be talked about, studied and joked about for generations

3. Adsolutely right on. The pendulum swings and I remember being
laughed at because of Clinton and it wasn't very much fun. Karma is a bitch sometimes, and we will have so much more ammunition on them for Bush jokes. I can't wait.

5. I know how you feel
but you know what. When the comparison between Bush and Clinton comes up in the history books the freepers will get laughed at even more. I mean here you have a president who lied about sex and here you have a president that lied about a war. IMO the blind following and the hypocrisy is going to get them as far as history is concerned.

Thanks for sharing the post OP.

6. That was awesome.
Did Clinton really stop all those attacks? I hadn't heard of a few of them.

Note how few Republicans said anything. They're starting to know they're beat.

8. Last night on Sundance was a doc called Investigation
of a Flame, it was about the start of the peace movement, with the Canton 9, who took SS records and napalmed them. And they interviewed a woman who was trying to stop them because she worked at SS and supported Nixon. She was so apologetic, saying how she believed in her President and what he was saying, and that she just didn't know...the whole time I'm thinking to myself, yeah, well if you had done the research and read the articles that were out at the time instead of being lazy and ignorant, you would have known just like the other millions that hit the streets (I guess it's apropos that it was college students, since they DID study and research...I had no sympathy for her....nor will I this time. Especially this time when the info is literally at your fingertips for free...
