Never in my life did I think I'd be monitoring gas and oil prices so closely. I could probably give you a pretty good price map of the entire area.

6. The blues brother movie?
Yes. They gave us the day off of high school to fill the water park scene.

9. No, I think the camp Wauconda line.............
was from Ghost Busters, when Ray related about the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man. That is cool if you were in the Blues Brothers. When asked about 30 million dollars to make the film, Dan Aykroyd said;"30 Million to imortalize Aretha Frankin, worth every penny"......or something like that.

12. All we have here is Exxon and Chevron, some off-brands of unknown origin.
We have private gas station owners who market under names I've never heard of, so I don't know who sends their gas. No Citgo that I'm aware of.

$2.79 a gallon as of yesterday. The day before, it was $2.76. Probably will be $2.81 today, no kidding.

14. $2.69 last night in Lafayette, IN...
Haven't seen what it is since Katrina was classified a "Cat 2b"* storm....

* "Cat2b Hurricane": Winds 96-110 mph (83-95 kt or 154-177 km/hr). Storm surge generally 6-8 feet above normal. Some roofing material, door, and window damage of buildings. Considerable damage to shrubbery (I wish) and trees with some trees blown down. Considerable damage to mobile homes, poorly constructed signs, OIL REFINERIES AND DRILLING PLATFORMS, and piers.

It's like a Cat-2 storm, except for the focus on Oil facilities......:sarcasm:
