Home "mistakenly" identified by Fox news as harboring terrorists

Was reported earlier on CNN, that someone's house around LA was identified on... Fox News, of course, as a place where a suspected terrorist lives.

The report described the nightmare that the couple is still enduring.

I think that such a report should be enough to remove the license of Fox News. CNN actually ran the tape where the Fox man - did not catch his name - gave the full address, which CNN blipped.

If Fox is not subjected to FCC than a lawsuit is the only way open. And, thankfully, in LA, with its diversified society - even though the people there appeared as white as any red-blooded pugs - anyone juror can imagine himself in a similar situation.

Faux News isn't subject to FCC regulations since they're not a REAL News Channel.
A Propaganda Channel is a Propaganda Channel. Rules and laws don't apply.

4. Fox no doubt researched the politics of the family living there

and discovered they donated to Democrats or liberal causes. I bet they will continue doing this.

6. Fox as usual didn't research squat.

It was some jerk-off at the local affiliate. Apparently a man with a "middle eastern-sounding name" owned the house two years earlier. The family who lives there now is about as white bread as could be.

maps, directions, satellite pix, and basically said "go get him."

Of course nothing will happen because Fox, Christians, and Freeps have more "freedom of speech" than the rest of us.

Family fearful after Fox News airs mistake

LA HABRA, Calif. — A couple whose home was wrongly identified on national television as belonging to an Islamic radical has faced harassment, and police are providing protection.

Since the report aired on Fox News on Aug. 7, people have shouted profanities at Randy and Ronnell Vorick and spray-painted "terrorist" (spelling it "terrist") on their property.

"I'm scared to go to work and leave my kids home," Randy Vorick said. "I call them every 30 minutes to make sure they're OK."

John Loftus, a former federal prosecutor who appears on Fox News' "Inside Scoop with John Loftus," gave out the address during the broadcast. He said the home belonged to Iyad Hilal, whose group, Loftus said, has ties to those responsible for the July 7 bombings in London. But Hilal moved out of the house about three years ago.
