3. Note the Freeper equations
Support the Troops = Support Bush
Pro-War = Pro-Troops

Frankly, anyone who WANTS war and supports Bush doesn't support the troops.

"Why won't Bush talk to Parrish or Cindy or anyone else for that matter?"

11. Here's what I found...
Some war supporters have already made their way to Crawford. Parrish Stevens, a security contractor in Kuwait, said he came to Texas from his home base in Indiana. He dismissed the protestors.

"It's just a bunch of people who still think the `60s are cool," Stevens said.

Mother of slain soldier returns to Crawford
By David Jacoson / Dallas Morning News

Parrish Stevens, right, a supporter of President Bush, holds a sign supporting the troops as a bus drives between Cindy Sheehan's anti-war camp, known as Camp Casey and Camp Bush, a pro-Bush camp near Crawford, Texas, Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2005. (AP Photo/ Donna McWilliam)

Across from "Camp Casey," about eight people were gathered at "Camp George" in support of the president. Parrish Stevens, of Indiana, said people need to know all of the positive things that are happening in Iraq because of the troops - such as hospitals opening and children attending school. Stevens is on break as a contractor in Iraq.

Of course, sounds like Parrish is "on the payroll", judging from his job description.

to continue.

...What-a-surprise.

And he hasn't noticed that the Iraqi women's rights have been eroded ever since we arrived to "free" them with the apparent culmination of loss of rights under the new Islamic style government?

30. OK Mr. Parrish, so you've talked to someone who was in the WTC on 9/11.
What does us attacking Iraq have to do with 9/11? All of the evidence has indicated that Iraq was NOT involved. We may as well be attacking Upper Volta, using your logic.

It's scary that so many people with absolutely no critical thinking skills have so much power in this country.

As for all of those pro-war/pro-Bush signs posted near Crawford, I would love to come down there, dressed as a recruiter for the USMC and see how many of those chickeshits would put their money where their mouths are by enlisting, or enlisting their children. You'll get the same reactions that we read about at that Young Republicans convention several weeks ago. You can bet on it.

Do they think we'll mistake them for communists if they don't wear the obligatory red, white and blue outfits? :P
