Before we all get "warm and fuzzy" now that the DOJ is investigating the Wilson Affair, read this:

If you don't want to read it here is the important part.

"Bush's father knew Ashcroft well, and Rove had done campaign work for him since 1985 and assured Bush that Ashcroft was solid."

Anyone think that Ashcroft can look real hard at the guy who got him his job?
