It applys to gambling on other games too. It just means that something can be bet 3 ways and you win all three. Like if a league is playing in a tournament and you name who will place in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places correctly - no mistakes. Works well with horse races for Win, Place, and Show, and its great for Jai Ali games too.

They made a big point of showing about 20 National guard troops outside of the Superdome earlier. I would say that's slightly lacking for 70,000 people. I know I shouldn't watch faux but I was channel surfing.

I can't recall which. I hadn't heard anything about the lower level not being used but I THINK I heard that the superdome is actually above sea level. What I cannot believe is that the army wouldn't bring generators to the facility beforehand? (actually my hasband brought that up because I wouldn't have thought of it)
