It was some audio, no live pictures of him talking. The audio was all garbled, had about two different echoes and sounded like it was being broadcast from either a spaceship deep in Outer Space or from a bunker 200 feet underground.

And I'm worried that something is going to happen, something bad.

I was reading these threads about his Darth Vader impersonation when MSNBC started showing video of the moron talking about Iraq.

I got up and walked over to look at the TV and it did not say "live" but then a few minutes later the anchor implied someone was "live" at the speech--I don't know the whole thing confused the hell out of me and he was in a suit, so it didn't look like he was speaking from Crawford (???)

Doesn't he usually don that asinine cowboy attire when he gives his talks from the Pig Farm ?

15. It was audio only, I heard part of it on CNN

It was a very bad reception, audio only--with my kids being noisy, I didn't get much of it but he talked about the hurricane and that he gave state of emergency Louisiana and Mississippi. Then he said the the constitution draft in Iraq had just been agreed to by all (or something like that.)
