7. There are many threads on this right now

The chimp* was supposed to give a speech or something similar to it about the hurricane.
It was only audio of very poor and garbled quality as if he were in a bunker hid away in preperation of something, then he only did a very short piece on the jurricane and launched into some dribble about the Iraqi constitution.
Even for the genius* this was very strange.

Bush apparently just addressed the nation an hour ago or so and the audio was all f*cked up, made him sound like Darth Vader, a space alien, one DUer said it sounded like he was in the bottom of a bunker...and there was no video, just an audio feed.

its got folks putting thier tinfoils on....
I have not yet heard it, people are still looking for audio links on Internet

Everyone gets scared when dubby is on vacation. Usually hell opens up then. 9/11 spawned after vacay, and with his numbers tanking he needs a new Pearl Harbor. I suppose he is down that he cannot make a big handout to Jebbie.

21. CNN just replayed the video. Audio made him sound like a mouth breather.

Same old Bush. He went all blinkety blink when talking about "democracy" in the part about the Iraqi draft constitution. (Yeah George we know it's a lie, but thanks for the blinking to confirm that you know it too.)

And then he actually brightened up when talking about terrorists threatening death to people. With a gleam in his eye and a smirk on his face. (At last he found some "good news" to report...he's gotta have those terraists to rally the Amurican people dontcha know. Terra, terra, terra.)
