Ever notice how every Sunday, Joe Biden is on TV? To celebrate this fact, I surgically altered an old McGuire Sisters song:

Anyway, I think you're on to something. I think he's trying to position himself as official spokesperson of the Democratic Party (since there supposedly isn't one), but I for one am getting tired of the overexposure of Biden every single damned week.
