1. he was asking a FEMA guy if he did it in his capacity as Commander
in Chief. The Fema guy said the evacuations was done at the state level but then added that Jr was forceful yesterday in saying to fema to help out LA.

3. When announced by Fox this am--Jr. was only going to talk of Itaqi
constitution (exclusive by fox).

5. it was only a few minutes later--like an afterthought that Fox said Jr
"also have some remarks on Katrinia"---I listened to that. It was an afterthought for sure. Now Tweety is bragging him up. puke.
