Mr. Cotton Bear is a NO native whose ancestors came from the Bordeaux region of France. His family loves in Lacombe, Slidell and NO. It looks like Biloxi/Gulfport may take the main hit. They're reporting on CNN that the storm surge may be 18' in NO - low enough for the levees to hold back. We'll see.
